A New Role!

September 8, 2020Seton Catholic Elementary is pleased to announce that Mrs. Jennifer Maurer will be teaching 5th grade classes alongside Mary Leverton! Jennifer comes to us as a faithful parishioner with an education degree from Indiana University. She taught high school English at Winchester Community Schools for eight years, and the past five years have been as a Title I remediation teacher for our elementary students. She has a total of 16 years of teaching experience.
Jennifer is married to Steve; and has one son in heaven and 2 step sons either on their own or finishing college. She is an avid reader and enjoys traveling with her family.
Mrs. Becker, SCES Principal, adds, "She already knows many of the students and is excited to begin a new kind of work with us! We are thrilled to have her teaching with us and sharing our Catholic faith with the students!"
