Basketball Honors Announced!

March 11, 2021Congratulations to seniors Jake Moynihan and Jonah Falcone who earned PAAC Boys Basketball All-Conference honors. Moynihan was named to the 1st Team while Falcone was Honorable Mention. For the season, Moynihan is averaging 22.2 points, 14.4 rebounds, and 2.8 blocks. Falcone is averaging 10.1 points, 3.9 rebounds, and 5.4 assists.
Jake Moynihan was named the WKBV Wetzel Auto Wayne County Athlete of the Week for his performance during sectionals. Moynihan led the Cardinals to their sixth sectional title in program history with a 49-47 win over Blue River Valley on Saturday night. For the tournament, Jake averaged 20.3 points, 13.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 2.7 blocks, and 2.0 steals.
